Wine produced from the selection of grapes Touriga National (100%). The grapes, previously de-stemmed, are mechanically pressed with separation of the must in fractions. Incomplete alcoholic fermentation with yeast indigenous people in stainless steel tanks at room temperature. Bottling, with refermentation, without adding yeasts or sugars. It does not go through the process of “dégourgement”, maintaining the permanent presence of the yeast inside the bottle.
