Manual harvest. After crushing of the whole grapes they were decanted for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats for about 12 weeks under controlled temperature. Staging 6 months  'sur lies'.

Floral and mineral aromas. Fresh and structured in the mouth that leads us to a balanced end of mouth.
