Flui Pet Nat White

Encosta da Quinta, Quinta do Paço Flui Pet Nat is a white sparkling natural wine made from organic grapes grown in Óbidos, southwestern Portugal. Spontaneous fermentation, bottled unfiltered and unfined, no added sulfites. Fine bubbles for a zesty sparkler, pair with fish-based dishes.

Mixture of white grape varieties from old vines in the region (vital, seminary, white alicante), direct press, ferment in barrels (70%) and stainless steel (30%), finishing the fermentation in bottle.
