Batch of wines from 2011 to 2016 that were kept in barrels (70%) and still wine from 2017 without barrels. Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca, Syrah and Castelão

Humus wines are produced in Quinta do Paço, in the Lisbon region, they are small, delicate and lovingly cared for. The production of each bottle is a reflection of the joint effort of people who are linked to the land from which these wines come and it is the family and affective ties that proliferate the desire to make wine. They are natural wines and the intervention is minimal to find more purity, pleasure and authenticity.
