Pura White

It is a very elegant wine, with delicate aromas of citrus, mainly lemon and lime, cedar, pepper and well integrated oak. Crunchy acidity and minerality, dense and creamy, shows great potential. Long and pleasant finish.

Fermented only with indigenous yeasts: 60% in a new 2,500L French oak vat; 30% in a new 500L French oak barrel, and the rest in stainless steel vats. The wine remained on fine lees for 11 months, and then 10 months of aging in stainless steel vats too. The wines were naturally stabilized.
