Rufia Red

João Tavares de Pina is a Mencia (Jaen) monocaste wine. De-stemmed, macerated for 8 to 10 days, fermented in stainless steel vats with a submerged hat and aging in stainless steel for 8/9 months. No temperature control or filtration, natural Dão wine with delicate aromas of fresh red fruit, herbaceous notes and understory notes. In the mouth it is fresh, soft and light. A wine with marked acidity, a tasty taste and a very pleasant finish.
